Making A Purchase
Browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept most major Credit and Debit cars, including AMEX. We do not generally charge for any item until it is ready to ship, however we may experience times when an item is found to be faulty or incorrect at the packing stage. In this case we will inform you and offer a refund of the outstanding amount. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
We ship using the UK standard postal system, both nationally and internationally. You can choose the service you want on checkout. Our packing and handling costs are incorperated into our postal charges, so there is nothing extra to add on. All postage is calculated by weight, and is shown on your shopping cart page once you have entered your delivery location and selected the postal service you want.

Delivery Schedule
We usually post your order on the day it was made, if it was ordered before mid day. We aim to post all orders within 3 days of recipt. Delivery times depend on the postal service. UK first class is generally next working day. 2nd class and Standard Parcel Service are a 3-5 working day service. International orders generaqlly take 3-5 working days.

Back Orders
Although our stock info is pretty accurate, we do have problems from time to time. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you if we can. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel all or part of your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
We are not VAT registered, so we do not charge VAT on orders, thus international and trade buyers cannot claim VAT back.
