Making A Purchase
Browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
Postage amount includes postal cost, packaging cost and handling cost. If you order before 12 noon GMT your order will usually be processed the same day. We aim to post all orders within 2 days of payment clearance.

Delivery Schedule
Delivery schedules are determined by the class of postage you choose. UK first class is generally next working day. 2nd class is 2 working days, standard parcel service is 3 to 5 working days. International Air Mail is generally 3-5 working days. NOTE we cannot guarantee delivery times as the postal service is not under our control.

Back Orders
We generally do not take back orders. If an item is out of stock but expected within a couple of days, we may delay your order. If it is not expected we usually email or phone you with alternatives. If we cannot reach you, we refund your payment.
